Bored, so I need to do some math here. So far I've had 70 (rye crispbread) + 70 (medium apple) + 200 cals (broccoli w/ketchup). Total 340 cals. The salmon tonight will be another 340 (but 37 g of protein). Total 680 cals, but I'll be working out like mad today when I leave in a couple of hours. Other than that if I need anything, it's going to be celery dipped into tiny amounts of fat-free Ranch (50 cals in 2 tbls which is wayyyy more than I use). Ok, that's it for now.
